If you’re here, I’m guessing you’re seeing this:
Right. Let’s go and fix this. It’s a nice and simple fix, and unofficial, but almost always works.
- Firstly, this could be user error.
- Check your skill name, and make sure it includes no digits, or symbols like -@%”; etc.
- Then, check your user replies. User replies should not include numbers. If the user was to say ‘letter 5’, it would need to be written as a user reply as ‘letter five.
- Alternatively, it could be a Storyline bug, but it’ll be fixed soon. Just duplicate the skill, and try to upload the new skill. Check all of the blocks are linked where they should be before publishing, though.
